Unique Spaces

Our guest house is one-of-a-kind in Chattanooga. While all guest rooms are private, all other spaces are shared. You'll be sure to make a new friend or two during your stay! Each floor has a sitting area and multiple individual-use bathrooms for guests to share. Additionally, there is a large shared kitchen and a laundry room, as well as a beautiful front porch space. Bring your groceries and use one of multiple fridges, and cook any time you want with all the cookware and plating you need (including a coffee bar!) to create a meal. 
Parking with us? We offer a limited number of spots for parking adjacent to our building, in partnership with Omega Parking. Parking is $10 per car per reservation, and must be pre-purchased. You can purchase this during creating your reservation or you are welcome to email us if you'd like to add one on!
